Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DzenClean mobile application (“the App”), developed by Alexarix Ltd. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. App Overview

DzenClean is a utility tool designed to help users clean and optimize their iOS devices. The App includes features such as:

• Displaying device RAM and storage usage
• Removing duplicate photos, videos, and contacts
• Conducting internet speed tests (Wi-Fi and cellular)
• Creating a password-protected folder for private files
• Asking safety-related questions via a local AI assistant
• Managing usage through a virtual ticket system and optional subscriptions

Most features operate entirely on your device. Some anonymized usage data may be processed by third-party services (see section 6).

3. AI Chat & Ticket System

DzenClean includes an AI assistant that operates through a virtual credit system known as “Tickets”:

• Each AI message consumes 1 Ticket
• Ticket limits vary by user type and are defined in the app settings:
• Free users: currently receive 0 Tickets
• Subscribers: currently receive 5 Tickets per week
• Tickets have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, refunded, or transferred
• Tickets are stored locally on the device
• The developer reserves the right to adjust ticket limits, eligibility, or remove the Ticket system entirely at any time without prior notice

4. Subscriptions

DzenClean offers optional in-app subscriptions that unlock advanced features or remove limitations:

• All subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple Inc. via your App Store account
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in your iOS device settings
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID at any time
• The developer does not process payments directly and is not responsible for App Store billing errors or refund decisions

5. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes
• Not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or interfere with the App’s code or internal systems
• Not exploit the App or its features for commercial purposes
• Keep any password-protected content confidential and secure

6. Third-Party Services

DzenClean integrates third-party services to improve functionality:

• Appsflyer – for anonymized install attribution and campaign analytics
• Adapty – for subscription management, user segmentation, and analytics

These services may process non-personal data (e.g., device type, usage patterns) under their own privacy policies. The developer is not liable for issues arising from third-party SDK behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding in DzenClean are the intellectual property of Alexarix Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties. The developer is not liable for:

• Data loss resulting from use of the App
• Disruptions caused by third-party services (e.g., Appsflyer, Adapty, Apple)
• Subscription or billing issues managed by Apple
• Device-specific behavior beyond the developer’s control

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
